The MH Model Electric Hoist Girder Gantry Crane is designed for use with CD/MD Model electric hoists. This track-travelling crane is suited for small to medium-sized applications, with a typical lifting capacity of 3 to 20 tons and a span range of 12 to 30 meters. Its standard operating temperature range is -20℃ to 40℃.

Structure & Types:
The MH type single girder gantry crane is available in box-type and truss-type designs. The box-type offers excellent manufacturability and ease of fabrication, while the truss-type is lighter in weight and provides stronger wind resistance. To suit different operational needs, it also comes in cantilever and non-cantilever configurations. The cantilever design allows for convenient and efficient loading/unloading of goods beyond the supporting legs.

Cut using CNC technology.

Painted with epoxy zinc-rich primer.

2.Hoist:

Features F-class insulation protection.

Available in single or dual speed, complete with trolley, reducer, drum, motor, and an overload limit switch.

3.Outrigger (Legs):

Fabricated from high-strength steel, with rollers installed at the base for smooth mobility.

4.Wheels:

All wheels (for the crab, main beam, and end carriages) are manufactured in a specialized vacuum casting workshop.

5.Hook:

Types: Single or double hook configurations.

Made from drop-forged steel, plain 'C' type, swiveling on thrust bearings, and equipped with a safety latch and wire rope sheath.

6.Wireless Remote Control:

Models: F21, F23, F24.

Speed options: Single, dual, or VFD variable frequency control.

Rated for a lifespan of 500,000 operations.
